This game is R18. Oh man FINALLY this game is coming out. I swear to god they have pushed off this game for so long now lmao I'm pretty sure I checked it out in 2010 and it's 2012 now. Nicely done Sugarbeans lmao nicely done. Anyways this game is for the PC and is set to be released on 4/27/2012. Let's see if they actually release the game though LOL.
I decided to take a break from Lucky Dog and do a review for Vampire Sweetie first. It is an otome game but there are R18 scenes in there thus, it will be a bit ero-based at some point. However, as I have done the same for Lucky Dog, I won’t put up the R18 CGs and if I do put one or two up to aid in my bad description skills, the ero part will be cut out while I screenshot the CG. I will describe the good and bad routes for Vampire Sweetie and describe my experiences along the way since I completed everything in one day a few weeks ago. As shota-con as I am, well I don’t have a fetish for shotas but the shota in this game caught my eye first, I started backwards in terms of age for Vampire Sweetie and went for the youngest character, Joshua, before moving all the way to the oldest character, Faust. I will have to say that this post will spoil a lot of details for those who are going to play it, so do consider playing it, if interested, before continuing to read on.
However, to be honest about my thoughts on this game, it traumatised me a bit on Joshua’s route and it was a little disappointing in some parts of the plot, especially the bad ends. I have to warn that most of the bad ends make the heroine seem like a slut. Uhm yes, audience below 18 are not advised to enter.
Vampire Sweetie starts off with the heroine(I think her default name is Yurie?) sighing and thinking about stuff when her father calls to say that sons of his friend are going over to the place where she’s staying at and staying over. Yurie is shocked and makes a small fuss which she eventually accepts that things have been set in place and all she can do is prepare and welcome the guests who are arriving soon. She goes off to get ingredients for dinner and runs into 4 strange people on the street which she later finds out they are the “guests” who are going to be staying over soon.ヽ(ー_ー )ノ Well, the only memorable meeting was Mikhail’s(2nd oldest brother, grey-ish white hair). The first thing he does is mistake Yurie for someone and calls her “Julia”. Presto Mr Photo 3 here. I was wondering if that was his ex-girlfriend but oh wells So they have dinner together after being shocked that all 4 strangers(who are brothers) have met Yurie already beforehand. The oldest brother, Faust(blue-ish black hair), left a deep impression on me because I was nagging throughout the game about his beard the whole time. I was thinking, “PLEASE SHAVE!” the whole time.
Miami Vice Font. Haha~ The 2nd oldest brother, Mikhail, was being a tsundere and kuudere at the first 1/4 of the game so much that I felt like bullying him. My S genes are surfacing. ψ(*｀ー´)ψ For Alon(orange/red-brown hair), I think his name is read more like “Aron”, but he’s super happy-go-lucky and simple minded, like a big baby? I find that part of him cute~ Finally, for the shota who made me want to play this game, Joshua(blonde hair)! He’s super cute, innocent and simple minded. He’s kinda alike Alon, but then his character suits his age/appearance more~ One thing about Vampire Sweetie you must know beforehand, as the title suggests, is that all 4 brothers are vampires and you can go for all of them. But, there are no hidden characters.
