Before I installed windows, I had a fresh install of Windows 8.1. Devanagari Marathi Font Windows 7 more. I didn't update the Realtek Driver, and everything was peachy. However, if I updated to the latest Realtek driver, that was when I started getting the crackle again. So I installed a fresh version of Windows 8.1 on the drive again,, and put Windows 10 on that drive. However, now the crackle is back! I'm pretty sure it has to do with the latest Realtek driver which I think windows automatically downloads(?).
